GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PARTICIPATION IN MEDITATION MEETINGS

To register for participation in the group meetings, I request that you fill in the registration form and send it to me. If you have previously submitted your address details, this is not necessary.

You can make your payment directly via the payment button, unless we have made another arrangement. It is possible to make another payment arrangement, after consultation. If you are going to pay in installments, you are obliged to pay the entire amount according to the agreement. In case of cancellation you will owe € 15 registration fee, the rest will be refunded.

Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the start of the meeting or class. If you wish to cancel within 14 days before the start, you will owe the full amount, unless a participant on the waiting list takes your place and except in exceptional circumstances. If you have registered and paid and the group is already full, then you on the waiting list or I organize an extra group. If there will be no place or you cannot participate in the extra group, you will be refunded the full amount.

After registration and payment you will receive a confirmation of registration and a receipt. If you have to miss one or more course meetings, you are still the whole amount. It is not possible to compensate for the missed meeting. If you are unable to attend the weekly meditation hour, you can register for the parallel group in the same week. You are free to terminate your participation before the course is over. However, you will not be able to claim a refund of any fees paid. You decide whether you are physically and mentally fit to participate in one of the courses. If you have any doubts about this, please contact me. Participants adhere to the applicable Corona measures. If you are under psychiatric treatment and want to participate, you must submit this to me prior to registration.

'Meditation = Medication' does NOT mean that you can stop any treatment and / or medication. Marie-Christine de Kroon is indemnified from any direct or indirect consequences of not being suitable for participation. It is not permitted to use alcohol or drugs before participation and is not recommended to do so afterwards. Marie-Christine de Kroon is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property during your stay at the course location. Your data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR and will never be shared with third parties unless your express consent.

Please do not use perfume when you enter the course location.
