Why TRE?

Traumatic events, stress, overload and also tension from everyday stress - pressure, loud noises, pollution, being subject to high demands - accumulate in the body. Pain in the lower back, shoulders, neck, jaws, diaphragm, etc., is the result of this, as is reduced function of the organs. If we can no longer let go of these tensions, they will become part of our condition. Deeper tensions do not resolve with massage or stretching, but are released with TRE. In particular, the Iliopsoas muscle, located deep in the pelvis and abdominal cavity - often holds fear. A lot of life force is released when this tension is released. Immediately at the first TRE session you will feel relief. Doing TRE at home regularly gives you greater resilience and strengthens your immune system and self-confidence. You will increasingly feel space, strength and resilience, you will feel so much more comfortable and safe in your own body.

Session

The TRE session means that I guide you in doing the exercises correctly and allowing the discharge to happen. This vibrating is an instinctive reaction of the autonomic nervous system, is something very natural and happens from your body's own balancing power and intelligence. 

In one, at most two, sessions you will experience how TRE works and immediately after you have learned it, you can start using it yourself at home. 

Doing TRE is easy, you get results quickly and don't have to worry about the reason for the stress, tension or emotions.
